Refund Policy
Unless specified as “Non-Returnable” in the item description, the merchandise may be mailed back to us, or returned to our store location. Please leave all tags and labels attached. Also, please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the postage. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges. Special order or drop shipped items cannot be returned. Heart & Soul recommends insuring all items returned to us by mail, we are not responsible damages
due to packaging negligence or carrier mishandling.

Online Store Merchandise Return Policy:
Heart & Soul will issue a refund (including sales tax if applicable) in the form of the original tender paid, or store credit, at the customer's choice, when each of the following conditions have been met:
- The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase; and
- The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect; and
- The merchandise must be accompanied by the original Heart & Soul Receipt.
Gift Registry Merchandise Return Policy:
Heart and Soul wishes you the best gift registry experience possible, however we understand it is sometimes necessary to return an item after it has been received. In this case, we will offer an exchange, or store credit, at the customer's choice, when each of the following conditions have been met. Sorry, we cannot offer cash or credit card refunds on gift registry items.
- The merchandise must be returned within thirty (60) calendar days of purchase; and
- The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
These policies are subject to change without notice; changes to the policy will be reflected in this document, modified as necessary. All terms and conditions of store bridal registry contracts also apply to online bridal sales.
